1 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 1746 of 2025 ORDER: The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is filed on behalf of the petitioner/accused to grant anticipatory bail in connection with an unregistered crime of Ravulapalem police station. 2. The Criminal Petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused in an un-registered crime on the file of Ravulapalem police station said to be for the offences under Section 3 of the SCs & the STs (PoA) Amendment Act, 2015. 3. Case of the prosecution in brief, is that, one person by name Gosangi Manikumari resident of Kothapeta Mandal, Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District obtained a hand loan of Rs.2.00 lakhs from the petitioner and on demand to repay the amount, she issued cheque. Before presenting the cheque, he approached said Manikumari and requested her to pay the amount for which she postponed the matter. Having no other option, he presented the cheque with his banker and the same is pending.
