THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS Criminal Petition No.1628 of 2025 ORDER: The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is filed on behalf of the petitioner/accused No.2 to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.5/2025 of Satyavedu Police Station, Tirupathi District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 351(3), read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2. Sri I.M.S. Prakash, learned counsel representing Sri D. Purna Chandra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner has already been arrested and hence, the issue in the present petition filed for anticipatory bail became infructuous. 3.
