DATE ORDER OFFICE No. NOTE 03. 09.05.2025 TMR,J I.A.No.1 of 2025 It is an application filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court while granting bail on 25.02.2025 in Crl.P.No.1596 of 2025 of the petitioner appearing before the Station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e. on every Sunday in between 10.00 A.M. and 5.00 P.M. till completion of trial and direct the Judicial Magistrate of I Class-cum-Special Court for trial of cases relating to Red Sanders Smuggling, Tirupathi to release the passport bearing No. B6040847. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the Respondent-State. It is submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions, as imposed by this Court in order dated 25.02.2025 in Crl.P.No.1596 of 2025, without any default and also considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to relax the condition Nos.(ii) and (iii) in Crl.P.No.1596 of 2025.
