1 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1548 OF 2025 ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner/A3, seeking regular bail, in Crime No.48 of 2024 of G. Madugula Police Station, Alluri Sitharama Raju district. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioner herein and others for the offence punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)(C) read with 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 30.10.2024, at about 08.00 am, on credible information, the Sub-Inspector of Police, G.Madugula Police Station, along with his staff and mediators, proceeded to MRO Office Junction, G.Madugula Panchayath, G. Madugula Mandal, Alluri Sitharama Raju District and found A1 to A3 in possession of 57 Kgs of Ganja.
