PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following Order: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 482 of BNSS, has been filed by the petitioner/A2, seeking anticipatory bail, in Crime No.89 of 2024 of Koyyuru Police Station, Alluri Sitharama Raju District. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioner herein and others for the offence punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 read with 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘the NDPS Act’). 3. Case of the prosecution is that, on 07.09.2024, the SI of police along with his staff and mediators rushed to Doddavaram Village Junction, Koyyuru Mandal, and caught the accused in possession of 105 Kgs of Ganja. The contraband along with othe
