1 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 1485 of 2025 ORDER: The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is filed on behalf of the petitioner/A4 to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.18/2022 of Inavilli Police Station, East Godavari District. 2. Originally, the case was registered against the accused nos.1 and 2 for the offence punishable under Section 489-B r/w 34 IPC and the name of A3 was included and A3 was arrested. As the petitioner was under the impression that A3 confessed his name, he filed the present Criminal Petition for anticipatory bail. 3. Case of the prosecution in brief, is that, on 11.01.2022 at 5.00 pm at Magam Village, Sri Veera Bhadra Kirana and General Stores, Ainavilli Mandal, police, on credible information, searched the stores and found 20 Nos. of Rs.500/- fake currency notes and 30 Nos. of Rs.200/- fake currency notes, and arrested A1 and seized the fake currency notes and mobile phone. After that, on his confession, A2 and A3 were also arrested. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 2 5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that so far, name of the petitioner is not
