I.A.No. 1 OF 2025 The present application is filed by the petitioner- accused No. 3 seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court, while granting bail to him by order dated 19-02-2025 in Criminal Petition No. 1480 of 2025, whereby the petitioner-accused No. 3 was directed to appear before the Station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e. on every Sunday between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. till filing of charge sheet. 2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the petitioner-accused No. 3 has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. 3. In the light of the above submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the condition of appearance imposed by this Court by order dated 19-02-2025 in Criminal Petition No. 1480 of 2025 is hereby relaxed. 4.
