NOTE 02. 02.03.2026 Dr. Justice Venkata Jyothirmai Pratapa I.A.No.1 of 2026 Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that a coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 18.12.2025 suspended the order dated 24.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.1511 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.398 of 2025 on the file of the Court of XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam at Gajuwaka subject to deposit of 10% of the compensation awarded by the trial Court within a period of four weeks from the date of the said order. Learned counsel would submit that the petitioner could not secure the amount within the stipulated time. Thereafter, the petitioner is ready to pay the said amount, but the trial court did not receive the same on the ground that the time is already lapsed. Hence, requested to extend the time for deposit of the said amount. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
