1 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 1370 OF 2025 ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2, seeking regular bail, in Crime No.41 of 2024 of Munchingiput Police Station, Alluri Sitharama Raju district. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioners herein and others for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 read with 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘the NDPS Act’). 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 26.10.2024, at about 16.00 hours, on credible information about illegal transportation of Ganja, the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Munchingiput Police Station, along with his staff and mediators, proceeded to Labburu village junction, Jolaput Panchayat and, while conducting vehicle checking, they found one person coming on a Pulsar Bike bearing registration No.OD 18 K 0139 and three persons in an Auto bearing registration No.OD 30 F 1039 from Barada village of Odissa.
