THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1317 OF 2025 ORDER: This Criminal Petition, u/Sec.480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner/A3, seeking bail, in Crime No.19/2021 of Donkarai Police Station, East Godavari District. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioner and others for the offences under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) r/w 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 07.10.2021 at about 12.30 p.m, on receipt of credible information regarding illegal possession and transportation of ganja, S.I of Police, along with staff, conducted vehicle checking opposite to Donkarai police station and found A1 and A2 transporting ganja in two gunny bags weighing about 24kgs in a Bolero vehicle bearing registration no.AP 36 TA 2312 from Darakonda village. On interrogation, A1 and A2 disclosed that they purchased the contraband from A3 and hence the name of the A3 was inserted in the F.I.R.
