1 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 1247 OF 2025 ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner/A1, seeking regular bail, in Crime No.77 of 2024 of K.D. Peta Police Station, Anakapalli district. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioner herein and others for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 read with 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘the NDPS Act’). 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that on 16.04.2024, at about 05.00 hours, on credible information, the Sub-Inspector of Police, K.D. Peta Police Station, along with his staff and mediators, proceeded to A.L. Puram village, Alluri Park, Golugonda Mandal, Anakapalli district limits and found A3 and A4 in possession and illegal transportation of 207.200 Kgs of Ganja on a Passion Pro Bike bearing registration No.AP 37 BS 0379. A3 and A4 confessed about the involvement of other accused in the present crime.
