For the reasons mentioned in the petition, the Order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2025 in Crl.P.No.1223 of 2025, dated 15.05.2025 that the petitioner/ accused No.8 shall appear before the Customs Commissionerate on first Saturday of every month in between 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., till filing of charge sheet, is modified.
