No. 1207 of 2025, dated 12.02.2025, at paragraph No. 7, directing the petitioner to appear before the Station House Officer concerned once a week, i.e., every Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., till filing of the charge sheet, is modified.
