There is a delay of 9 days in preferring the Revision. The reason assigned for 9 days delay is that there were compromise talks going on in between the Petitioner and Respondent No1. The reason assigned for delay is convincing and sufficient. Hence, the delay is condoned. I.A.No.1 of 2025 is allowed. ________ Dr.YLR, J Crl.P.No.1175 of 2025 Admit. Issue notice to the respondent No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take out personal notice on respondent No.1 and file proof to that effect. The petitioner/Accused is directed to surrender before the learned Special Magistrate, Anakapalli, within a period of one (01) week from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. On such surrender and filing of an application seeking
