SREENIVASA REDDY Criminal Petition No.1135 of 2025 Order: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner/A1, seeking regular bail, in Crime No.689 of 2024 of Gajuwaka Police Station. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioner herein and another for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 376, 509 read with 34 IPC. 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, during the year 2021 the de facto complainant got acquaintance with the petitioner/A1 and they both moved closely. It is alleged that in the month of November 2021, the petitioner/A1 took the de facto complainant to GMT Hotel, Gajuwaka and he forcibly had sexual intercourse with her on the pretext of marrying her. Later, they had gone physically several times in the same hotel. Whenever the de facto complainant asked A1 about the marriage, he used to postpone the same on one pretext or the other.
