1 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 1085 OF 2025 ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioners/A4 to A6, seeking regular bail, in Crime No.54 of 2024 of Gangaraju Police Station, Alluri Sitharama Raju district. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioners herein and others for the offences punishable under Sections 111(2)(b) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘the BNS’) and Sections 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 read with 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘the NDPS Act’). 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that on 02.12.2024 at about 16.00 hours, on credible information, the Sub-Inspector of Police, along with his staff and mediators, rushed to Eedulabayalu Junction, and found A1, A4 to A6 in possession of 400 kgs of ganja.
