A case has been registered against the petitioners herein and others for the offences punishable under Sections 403, 409 and 420 read with 34 IPC. 3. Brief facts of the case are that, the accused No.2, Proprietor of accused No.1/warehouse, along with accused Nos.3 to 5 and one late Bapathi Pedda Konda Reddy, approached the City Union Bank, Proddatur town and requested to sanction loans to the farmers, who
