SREENIVASA REDDY Criminal Petition No.1070 of 2025 Order: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner/A1, seeking regular bail, in Crime No.437 of 2024 of Parawada Police Station, Anakapalli district. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioner herein and others for the offence punishable under Section 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘the BNS’). 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, the de facto complainant is the owner of Fly Ash Brick Industry, located opposite to NTPC, Simhadri, Parawada Mandal, Anakapalli district and that on 18.12.2024 morning hours some unknown culprits committed theft of three moulds from the machinery and escaped with the stolen items. 4.
