This writ petition has been filed praying for the following principal relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to make fair investigation with regard to Case Crime No. 472 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 351(2), 137(2) B.N.S., 5(Chha)(dha), 6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Mubarakpur, District- Azamgarh." 3. The writ petition was entertained on 20.1.2025 and the coordinate Bench has asked learned AGA to file counter-affidavit within two weeks. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned AGA-I apprised that in the aforesaid case crime, investigation is already concluded and final report is submitted to the competent court on 11.1.2025.
