The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 29-11-2024 registered as Case Crime No.879 of 2024, under Sections 69, 351(2) B.N.S. and 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Izzat Nagar, District- Bareilly and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. While entertaining the matter on 08-01-2025 this Court passed the following order:- " 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for State respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 29.11.2024 being Case Crime No.879 of 2024 under Sections 69 and 351 (2) BNS and 3 (2) (V) SC/ST Act, P.S. Izzat Nagar, Distt. B
