The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 23.12.2024 registered as Case Crime No.837 of 2024, under Section 87 BNS 2023, P.S. Kasganj, District-Kasganj and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the victim (first petitioner), who is major girl aged about 20 years, had solemnised marriage with second petitioner and victim is living happily with the second petitioner as his wife.
