The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondents to ensure fair investigation of Crime No.0467 of 2023 under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Kotwali, Distt. Mathura. 3. Learned AGA, on the instructions, states that in the present matter final report has already been forwarded to the competent court. 4. In view of above, we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved, he may avail the remedy as available in law. 5.
