By means of present writ petition, the petitioners are seeking direction to the respondent authorities to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime no.01 of 2025 under Section 87 B.N.S. 2023, P.S. Chilhia, District Siddharth Nagar. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that in the present matter final report has already been forwarded to the competent court and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4. Considering the categorical statement of learned A.G.A., we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. 5. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
