The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 12.12.2024 being Case Crime No.0579 of 2024 under Section 318 (4), 338, 336 (3), 340 (2) BNS, P.S. Vrindavan, Distt. Mathura and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. After substantial arguments, once we declined to interfere in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition. However, liberty may be accorded to the petitioner to avail the remedy of anticipatory bail/ bail in accordance with law. 4. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed leaving it open for the petitioner to apply before the competent court for anticipatory bail/ba
