The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 07.11.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0320/2024 under Section 333/ 351 (3)/ 64/ 115 (2)/ 109 BNS, P.S. Shergarh, Distt. Bareilly and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3.
