Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 14.12.2024 being Case Crime No.697 of 2024 under Section 191 (2), 190, 74, 115 (2), 352, 351 (3), 131 BNS, P.S. Khair, Distt. Aligarh and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid FIR. 3. Learned counsel for the informant states that during investigation Sections 117 (2) and 110 BNS has been added in the instant matter. 4. The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that all alleged offences are punishable with imprisonment of seven years, therefore the police authorities are bound to follow the procedure laid down under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. The petitioners have been wrongly implicated and could not be arrested. Learned counsel for the petitioner
