The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 10.11.2024 being Case Crime No.0121 of 2024 under Sections 420, 465 & 467 IPC, P.S. Lotan, Distt. Siddharth Nagar and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA has placed reliance on the order dated 04.12.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.22195 of 2024 (Sabhajeet v. State of U.P. & Ors.) and states that in the light of the order dated 04.12.2024 the instant writ petition is not maintainable and the same should be treated as second writ petition. 4.
