Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the First Information Report, registered as Case Crime No. 477/2024 U/S 115(2),74,351 (2) and 352 BNS, P.S. Gandhi Park, District- Aligarh, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge-sheet on 19.11.2024. The chargesheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3. Confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 4.
