Present petition has been preferred praying for the following relief: "i) Issue a writ order or direction, in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 26-11-2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0335 of 2023 under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. Police Station - Hussainganj, District - Fatehpur, (Contained as Annexure No. 1) to this writ petition. ii) Issue a writ order or direction, in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the First Information Report dated 26-11-2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0335 of 2023 under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. Police Station Hussainganj, District Fatehpur, during th
