In compliance of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench on 15-04-2024, the petitioners were required to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- with the Mediation Centre of this Court. As per the report submitted by Registrar, AHMCC, the petitioner has not deposited the requisite amount in the said proceedings. 2. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 29-03-2024 registered as Case Crime No. 0058 of 2024 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 313, 420 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, at Police Station Adampur, Kashi (Commissionerate Varanasi) District Varanasi. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3.
