The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 04.12.2024 registered as Case Crime No.325 of 2024 under Sections 75, 64, 89, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) B.N.S. and 3/4 Muslim Women (Protection on Marriage) Act, 2019, at Police Station Simbhawali, District Hapur and with a further prayer not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. 3. The Division Bench vide order dated 15.01.2025 has proceeded to pass the following order: "1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents. None appears for the informant. 2. This writ petition ha
