The vakalatnama filed by Shri Pankaj Kumar Shukla on behalf of the informant is taken on record. 3. The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 11.06.2024 being Case Crime No.300 of 2024 under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 506 IPC, P.S. Vrindavan, Distt. Mathura and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR. 4. On the matter being taken up today, learned counsel for the informant, on the instructions, states that in the instant matter police report has been submitted and even the cognizance has also been taken by the concerned court on 04.02.2025. 5. Confronted with thi
