The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 26.05.2024 being Case Crime No.315 of 2024 under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C., Police Station Sadabad Kotwali, District Hathras and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. The writ petition was entertained on 16.1.2025 and this Court has proceeded to accord interim relief with following observations. "1.
