The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 12.12.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0183 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 341(3), 352 of B.N.S., 2023, Section 3(4)2 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012, P.S. - Obra, District- Sonbhadra. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3.
