By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for following principal reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the attachment order dated 11.08.2023 passed by the respondent No.3. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent No.2 to decide the release application filed u/s 15 of the Act, 1986 registered as Case No.1875 of 2023, computerized case no.D202314290001875 as State Vs. Ashish Yadav and others, within a stipulated period of time, otherwise the petitioner will continue to suffer irreparable loss and injury. (iii) Issue any other suitable writ order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court
