Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Divya Ojha, learned A.G.A.-I for the State-respondents and perused the material brought on the record. 2. By means of present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent authorities to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.50 of 2023, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 406, 409, 506, 120-B I.P.C., P.S. - Chauri, District- Bhadohi. 3. Ms. Divya Ojha, learned A.G.A.-I for the State-respondents, on the basis of the instructions, submits that in the present matter, qua the accused namely, Girish Dubey, Chargesheet has already been submitted before the competent court and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. She further submits that s
