The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent no. 2 to ensure fair and just investigation in pursuance of FIR dated 04.08.2024 in Case Crime No. 249/2024, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 306 IPC, P.S. Sipri Bazar, District Jhansi. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA on the instructions states that in the instant case, investigation is already concluded. During the investigation, complicity of the respondent no. 4 i.e. Smt. Sandhya had been found and accordingly charge- sheet has been forwarded to the competent court under Sections 323, 504, 506, 306 IPC. So far as the respondent nos. 5 to 7 are concerned, they have been exonerated. As such, cause for filing the writ petition no more survives. 4. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed o
