The instant writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to close the History sheet no. 121-A dated 14.01.2004 and not to use it against the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that two criminal proceedings were drawn against the petitioner in which he had already been acquitted by the competent court. In this backdrop, he confined his prayer that the representations dated 24.11.2024 and 06.12.2023 for closing the History sheet no. 121-A dated 14.01.2004, which is pending consideration before the second respondent may be decided on merits. 4.
