The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent no. 2 to ensure fair and just investigation in pursuance of FIR dated 27.10.2024 in Case Crime No. 0171/2024, under Sections 85, 80(2) B.N.S. and 3, 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Sirsa Kalar, District Jalaun. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA on the instructions states that in the instant case, investigation is already concluded. During the investigation, complicity of three accused had been found and accordingly charge-sheet has been forwarded to the competent court.
