The instant writ petition is preferred to quash the FIR dated 28.11.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 332 of 2024, under Sections 85, 80(2) of BNS, 2023 and section 3/4 D.P. Act, 1961, Police Station Achhnera, District Agra. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the informant submits that two separate writ petitions numbered as Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 23011 of 2024 and 23012 of 2024 were preferred by the co-accused and while entertaining the aforementioned writ petitions, the coordinate Bench of this Court rejected the same vide order dated 02.01.2025. 4.
