Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State respondents. 2. We are not impressed by the prayer made in the writ petition to direct fair investigation in the First Information Report, registered as Case Crime No.0368 of 2024 under Section 105, 191 (2), 191 (3), 324 (4) BNS, P.S. Sahawar, Distt. Kasganj, once it is submitted that upon conclusion of investigation, a chargesheet has already been submitted in the matter on 10.11.2024. All issues of fact are open for examination before the court concerned. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition or to issue any direction for re-investigation in the matter. 3. Writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed. 4. Dismissal of this writ petition, however, will not prejudice the rights of the parties from seeking appropriate protection under the Code of Criminal Procedure
