In pith and substance, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.663 of 2024 under Section 191 (2), 115 (2), 352, 351 (3) BNS, P.S. Jagdishpura, Distt. Agra. 3. It is alleged that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons.
