At the very outset, learned A.G.A. submits that in the present matter, finding no complicity of the petitioners in the alleged offence, final report has already been submitted before the competent court on 22.12.2024, and as such the writ petition has rendered infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 3.
