Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the First Information Report, registered as Case Crime No.265 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 74, 326 Chha of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station-Shahganj, District-Jaunpur, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge-sheet on 02.01.2024 against petitioner no.1, whereas complicity of petitioner no.2 was not found and he has been exonerated. The chargesheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3. Leaving it open for the petitioner no.1 to seek appropriate protection in respect of the charge-sheet before the appropriate forum, this writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
