Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioners is taken on record. 2. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing FIR dated 13.10.2024 registered as Case Crime No.758 of 2024 u/s 8, 21, 27(a) and 29 of NDPS Act, 1985, P.S. Robertsganj, District- Sonbhadra. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are not named in the FIR and their names have surfaced in the statement of co-accused. Petitioners are totally innocent and they have not committed any offence and they have been implicated due to malicious intention. He next contended that there are procedural errors by the raiding team while conducting ra
