Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the First Information Report dated 06.10.2024, registered as case crime no.375 of 2024, under section 305(a) B.N.S., P.S. Anupshahr, District Bulandshahr. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already been released on bail by the trial court, therefore, he is not pressing the relief qua the quashing of the FIR. 4. Shri G.P. Singh, learned AGA-I, states that the police report has been submitted in this matter, which is not under challenge. 5. Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the charge
