Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State respondent and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition is preferred to quash the FIR dated 10.11.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 438 of 2024, under Sections 85, 115(2), 118(1), 351(3), 352 of BNS, 2023 and section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Nurpur, District Bijnor. 3.
