Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State- respondent. 3. In pith and substance, the grievance of the petitioner is that the show cause notice dated 17.08.2023, under section 3/5Ka/8 Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, read with section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, served to the petitioner, had already been responded by him way back on 02.02.2024 and till date, the said objection has not been considered. 4. Considering the factual aspect of the matter, we are not inclined to keep the matter pending consideration, with the consent of the parties, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned, in case the proceedings are still pending consideration, we hope and trust that the same will be considered
