Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.0074 of 2024 under Sections 498-A, 504, 302, 201, 34 IPC, P.S. Mau, District-Chitrakoot. 3. At the very outset, learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, states that in the present matter final report has already been submitted on 20.12.2024 before the competent court. 4. Considering the factual situation, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition as no cause of action survives and the investigation has already been concluded. Suffice to indicate that if the petitioner is still aggrieved, he may invoke the appropriate remedy available under law. 5. With the aforesaid leave, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. Ord
