This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "(i) Issue writ order or direction, in the nature of mandamus commanding to the Respondent no.2, Respondent no. 3 and Respondent no. 4 to ensure the fair and impartial Investigation of the Case Crime 0054 of 2024, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 354(Kha), 377, 511 of I.P.C., & Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Mathura, within stipulated period or within time fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
